Swara API reference
The Swara REST API lets your own software work with one of your Swara voice agents: read and change its settings, place calls and schedule call lists, read call transcripts, and manage its knowledge vault and customer memory.
Each API key belongs to one agent and carries permissions (Read, Write, Calls). Keys are created on the agent's Settings → API Access tab in Swara.
Requests and responses are JSON over HTTPS, with a consistent error object, request IDs, rate limits, idempotency keys for calls, cursor pagination and an OpenAPI 3.1 file.
AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT can use the same agents through Swara's MCP server, with no code.
